Delete your CLEVA account

You can delete your CLEVA account and all your children's data at any time.

In the app

• Open CLEVA and go to Settings. Enter your parent PIN.
• Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
• Confirm twice. Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

Email support@clevastudy.app from the email address on your CLEVA account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 7 days.

What happens to your data

Your account and your children's data are deleted from our systems straight away. A few copies take longer: if you asked for a copy of your data in the last 8 days, its download links stop working after 7 days and the files are deleted after 8 days; your purchase record with our subscription management service is deleted within 30 days; and copies we make before database changes are deleted within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in Google Play or the App Store too.
